What is guaranteed rent?

Guaranteed Rent is where you rent your property out to a company,under the conditions which allows them to short term let your property to their clients rather than a standard tenant. The company becomes responsible for paying you the pre-agreed rent for a fixed period of time, regardless of whether the property is being used or not.

The property is cleaned on a regular basis and all Guests are vetted to ensure your property is kept safe. Guaranteed Rent has been a popular choice by Landlords for many reasons, the main one being no rent voids and regular cleaning of properties.

How much rent can we offer?

This will depend on a number of factors: Location, Property Type, Condition and of course the “Big One” your properties appeal to the short term let market place.

We have in-house software which allows us to determine a Fair rent value for your property and we will always look to maximize the amount we can offer. We truly believe in both parties gaining from this opportunity.

Generally, our offers are +/- 10% of the standard market rate for your house. When you consider that your costs, fees and voids are next to nothing, landlords generally agree this is a good option.
